Requirements

  • Dedicate a little time each day for your meditation practice.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can simply “be.”

  • Come with an open mind and without judgment.

💷 Cost: £180 for the 9-week course (payment in advance)

All sessions will be recorded and saved for you to revisit.
