About the Course

Mindfulness and Meditation are powerful tools to help calm the mind, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.

These practices are now used by global organisations such as the NHS, Google, Intel, Bank of America, elite athletes, and even the US military to enhance focus, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.

Requirements

  • Dedicate a little time each day for your meditation practice.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can simply “be.”

  • Come with an open mind and without judgment.

💷 Cost: £180 for the 9-week course (payment in advance)

All sessions will be recorded and saved for you to revisit.
