We begin with gentle breath awareness and mindful movement to release tension and open the body. Then, as you lie down or sit comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of:
Gongs
Crystal and Nepalese singing bowls
Chimes and ocean drums
Vocal toning and other sacred instruments
There’s no effort required — simply relax, receive, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
As the session unfolds, the frequencies of the gong help retune your body’s natural vibration, guiding you from disharmony to a state of balance and calm. We end in stillness, allowing the vibrations to settle before gently returning to full awareness — grounded, peaceful, and renewed.

What is a gong bath?
A gong bath is a sound healing experience. A gong bath is a deeply relaxing sound meditation where you are immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs and other soothing instruments.
As you lie down or sit comfortably, waves of sound gently wash over you, calming the mind, releasing tension, and restoring balance to the body and spirit.
The vibrations help quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and promote a profound sense of peace and well-being — leaving you refreshed, re balanced, and renewed.
How long does it last?
A gong bath typically last between 60 and 90 minutes. During the session, you are immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs and other soothing instruments.
What should I bring?
Bring a mat, blanket or two, a pillow some water and comfortable clothing.
.A gong bath is suitable for most people and can be enjoyed by anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, and balance.
However, because the vibrations can be very powerful, it may not be recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, with sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or serious heart conditions.
If you have any medical concerns, please contact us before attending — we’ll be happy to discuss how to make your experience safe, comfortable, and deeply restorative.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Can I attend if pregnant?
After the first trimester, many pregnant people find sound sessions very relaxing — especially when the volume is gentle and they are comfortably supported with cushions or seated rather than lying flat.
If you are pregnant, please let your facilitator know beforehand so the session can be adjusted for your comfort and safety.
Always check with your healthcare professional before attending, to ensure it’s right for you and your stage of pregnancy.
