Simply put, breathwork uses controlled breathing techniques to intentionally adjust the rhythm, depth, and pace of your breath, helping to enhance physical, mental, and emotional balance.

Course Overview
During each session, you’ll be guided to bring awareness to your breathing — noticing the sensation of air as it moves through your nose and lungs, the rhythm of your inhale and exhale, and how your body responds.
The power of breathwork lies not only in the breathing itself, but in the mindfulness and presence that accompany it.
Requirements
Set aside time daily to practice breathing and meditation for lasting benefits
Find a quiet space where you can relax without distraction
Commit around 1–2 hours per week to participate fully
Bring an open mind and leave judgement behind
