Breathwork/Mindfulness for Primary and Secondary Schools
Over the past few years, I have been on a personal journey toward greater well-being. Now, having completed my professional training and certifications, I am delighted to offer Breathwork and Mindfulness sessions to your school — for students, parents, and teachers, both in person and online.
To begin, I’d love to offer a free introductory session during an assembly or lunchtime, giving everyone the chance to experience firsthand the benefits of mindful breathing and relaxation.
I can run regular clubs during lunchtime or after school, including sessions for parents and staff, and I’m also available for PSHE days or well-being events.
In the spirit of accessibility, I also offer reduced rates or free places for students from low-income families — because I truly believe these practices should be available to everyone.
Why Breathwork and Mindfulness Matter
My breathwork and mindfulness curriculum is designed to help children, teenagers, and adults build healthy breathing habits, emotional awareness, and resilience. These tools are particularly valuable in today’s world, where constant stimulation from social media and digital devices often contributes to anxiety, restlessness, and self-comparison.
By learning to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment, students can begin to manage these pressures more effectively — improving their ability to focus, relax, and maintain perspective.
