How Mindfulness/ Meditation is used in modern life?
Global organizations use Mindfulness to advance themselves. Examples are the NHS, Google, Intel, Bank of America, sportsmen, athletes, the US military, and many others.

What will you gain?
We learn to step back from compulsive or repetitive thoughts and feelings. We learn to observe our surroundings with a sense of connection that brings fulfilment. These are simple yet powerful techniques. They can change how we think, feel, and act in the face of the challenges of everyday life.

· Module 1: Introduction to MBSR
· Module 2: Handling stress
· Module 3: Living all your moments
· Module 4: Patterns of reactivity
· Module 5: Responding not reacting
· Module 6: Developing interpersonal mindfulness
· Module 7: Enhancing self-kindness
· Module 8: How to take this forward /Finally: A new beginning (plus an optional day retreat at extra cost).
What are the requirements ?
. It is important for you to be able to find the time to do the meditations every day in order to experience the benefits.
· A quiet place where you can just ‘be’ so that you can perform the meditations.
Come without judgement, just an open mind.
