Breath-work and Sound bath (gentle somatic exercises):
Have you ever experienced breath-work followed by a gong bath? The breath-work grounds you and relaxes you while the sound of a gong helps the brain reach deep relaxation, similar to the state we reach in day dreaming or deep sleep, and they are known to aid relaxation, rejuvenation and natural healing and even stimulate altered state of consciousness.
Come and join me for a breath work and sound bath session with gentle somatic exercises.

During the session you might experience:
Deep relaxation

Saturday 18 January Circling Session ( 3-5pm) with an experienced circling facilitator.

We will begin , allowing the body first to relax. Then discover the profound benefit of breath-work, followed by a gong and sound bath. Immersing yourself into a deep state of relaxation.
What to bring: A comfortable mat, a pillow, a warm blanket and some water.
Places are Limited and refunds are not available if you're not able to attend.
Please note this session is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or in the first trimester of pregnancy. (if you have any question don't hesitate to contact me)
Each session costs £ 15 and will begin at 3 pm and end at 5 pm, with an opportunity to share at the end , and to have a hot drink.
Please arrive 10 minutes before to settle in comfortably and not to disturb others as we begin at 3 o'clock.
